Gnatus signed Term of Commitment with Chinese Representatives

On April 24th , Gnatus CFO Mr. Hélio siqueira was in São Paulo representing the company in an event promoted by representatives of the city of Shenzhen, China, where Gnatus has a Plant.

In the occasion, Gnatus signed a commitment with the aim of encouraging investments in Shenzhen.

"Within a strategic plan, China is considered a market of great potential for the dentistry segment. It is important to mention that the Chinese market is among the most promising markets in the world, given the size of the Chinese population and the inefficiency of the dental sector in the country (unofficial data show about 70000 dentists for a population of over 1 billion ). In this sense, the performance in the local market is a strategic business opportunity, a fact that led Gnatus to install a Plant in Shenzhen city, with the aim of bringing the quality and innovation of Gnatus products at a competitive manufacturing cost for Asian market, " explained Mr. Siqueira.

In the process of internationalization of the brand, Gnatus also opened a branch in Bolivia, an important market in South America, and one in Mexico too. Also, the Distribution Center in Dubai to serve the region of the Middle East.

The event promoted by representatives of Shenzhen aimed to present to companies from different countries representing the growth that the city had in the last 30 years. Gnatus was cited as an example of a company that has been investing in the city.

"The city of Shenzhen was chosen by Gnatus for various reasons, including the proximity to Hong Kong, one of the most important financial and commercial centers of the world. Also the proximity to major ports and airports in China. Anyway, Shenzhen has one of the highest economic growth rates in the world”, said Mr. Siqueira.
